The Directorate of Criminal Investigations Volleyball Club is set to renew its rivalry against Kenya Pipeline as the semifinal ties of the Kenya Cup kick off on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

The last-four meeting has been confirmed by the DCI team following their victory over the Kenya Defence Forces on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at the Nyayo Indoor Arena.

Semi-final fixture

“With this win, the sleuths march on into the semi-finals of the tournament scheduled for July 12, where they will face off against Kenya Pipeline Company, a repeat of the recently concluded Kenya Volleyball Federation League finals,” a statement from the DCI media page revealed.

The clash will mark a repeat of the just-concluded Kenya National League Volleyball Playoff final, where Geoffrey Omondi’s side edged past the determined sleuths.

Meanwhile, with DCI and Pipeline paired against each other, the Kenya Commercial Bank will play against Kenya Prisons Queens in the other semifinal fixture to determine the other team to play in the finals.
