Onyonka lists 10 issues that KK govt should address

Kisii Senator Richard Onyonka has listed 10 issues that the Kenya Kwanza government should address immediately to calm down Kenyans who are dissatisfied with government performance.
In a statement on X on Friday, March 28, 2025, Onyonka if the 10 issues are addressed, the government will not struggle with cohesion, lawfulness and discipline, that he says the government is trying to achieve through coersion.

“A nation that is not able to look at itself in the eye and pick the dots of their shortcomings will not be able to pick itself. These are the basic BARE MINIMUMS that Kenyans look up to; 1. Full implementation of NADCO report. 2. Inclusivity in governance. 3. Protect and strengthen devolution. 4. Economic investment in the youth. 5. Uphold integrity in leadership. 6. Safeguard right to peaceful assembly. 7. Audit and reduce national debts. 8. Fight corruption. 9. Raise and manage resources responsibly. 10. Protect sovereignty of the people,” he stated.
“Implement these, and the cohesion, lawfulness, and discipline that we are struggling to achieve through coercion, will be home effortlessly!”
