Leopards hope for full house as they pounce on Sharks
The top-of-the-bill Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League match pitting AFC Leopards against visiting Kariobangi Sharks at Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday is envisaged to pull crowds as the hosts target families and groups of friends for the game.
Leopards who will be seeking to extend their six-match unbeaten run under coach Patrick Aussems are currently in fifth position in the standings with 25 points.
Ingwe will be seeking to overtake Kenya Police, KCB, Gor Mahia and Nzoia Sugar who are above them in the pecking order in pursuit of the title that has eluded them since 1998.
Sharks whose five-match unbeaten record was smashed by Nzoia Sugar who beat them 3-0 in a midweek encounter are placed 12 in the log with 16 points and will be fighting to bounce back to their winning ways after falling 3-1 to Nzoia Sugar in their latest fixture.
