Service at a popular Nairobi church was disrupted last Sunday after the pastor’s wife stormed the premises and beat up a choir member for allegedly having an affair with him.

The pastor’s wife, shouting at the top of her voice, accused the female choir member, in her 20s, of breaking up her marriage with the man of the cloth.

She said the pastor had been spending nights in the faithful’s house under the guise of exorcising evil spirits from her.

The pastor is now devising a strategy to restore his reputation among the flock.
