Veteran lawyer Professor Makau Mutua has on Wednesday, March 1, 2022, been appointed the spokesperson of the Raila Odinga Presidential Campaign Secretariat.

Mutua takes over the spokesperson position from the CEO of the Raila Odinga Presidential Campaign Secretariat, Elizabeth Meyo.

The accomplished New York State University Professor will also double up as the head of Odinga’s campaign think tank.

The vocal lawyer, known for his hard-hitting newspaper columns, is viewed as a key addition to the campaign secretariat.
