A full squad ready to represent the country in the upcoming World Athletics Championships has been named.

After an eventful 2-day trial at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Athletics Kenya carefully selected the traveling contingent for the World Championships and Commonwealth Games.

The World Championships will be held on July 15-24 in Oregon, USA while the Commonwealth Games will be staged in Birmingham, United Kingdom, July 28- August 8.

Team Kenya will be represented by 123 athletes at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. 20 sports/teams representing the country in Birmingham share out the 123 slots. Athletics Kenya will have 45 athletes at the event.
