A man who was recently appointed Chief Administrative Secretary is said to have gone on a drinking spree on Wednesday night in celebration.

The man, said to have earned the appointment for doing some dirty work for certain senior State officials, was seen in the company of a former senator, who is also known for activism, as they drunk the night away.
