Esther Passaris opens 26% lead over UDA’s Millicent Omanga – Infotrak
ODM’s Nairobi Woman Representative candidate Esther Passaris would win the race with an overwhelming majority if elections were held today, a new survey by Infotrak has revealed.
Infotrak on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, released the results of a survey it conducted between July 2 and 3, 2022 across all the 17 constituencies and 85 wards in Nairobi county.
The survey was conducted to evaluate the popularity of candidates in Nairobi city county only. Interviews were conducted through Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) with respondents.
Respondents were asked who they would vote for in the presidential, gubernatorial, senatorial and Woman Representative races.
Esther Passaris enjoys overwhelming support
The results relayed by Infotrak, with the exception of the gubernatorial race, show candidates vying with Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance tickets would secure landslide victories if elections were to be held today.
According to Infotrak, incumbent Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris enjoys a commanding lead of 46 per cent against her closest competitor Millicent Omanga of UDA who came a distant second with 20 per cent.
However, concern still remains about the large percentage of undecided voters who represented 28 per cent of respondents who said they didn’t know who they would vote for in the Nairobi Woman Rep race.
