Former Rugby 15s national team captain Victor Sudi has been re-elected as chairman of Kenya Harlequin Rugby Football Club at the club’s Annual General Meeting held at the Kenya Harlequin clubhouse, RFUEA, Nairobi, at the weekend.

Speaking on Saturday evening while celebrating his re-election, Sudi emphasized the success of Quins, stating that future efforts will focus on youth development and raising the standards of women’s rugby at the club.

“When I took over in 2022 from Michael Wanjala, my dream was to make Quins the home of rugby where youngsters would come, get developed into being responsible citizens in the country.

That in return will spike massive success on and off the field and we can all say that we are playing a part in building our society,” stated Sudi.

He added that the recent triumphant win by his club at the Ingoo 7s in Kakamega has already set a benchmark for success and standards to follow.

Similarly, he thanked the outgoing committee members led by former vice chairman Felix Ochieng, as well as Rosemary Korir and Onespol Gachanja, for their committed and dedicated service to the club.
