AFC Leopards‘ Clifton Miheso and Kakamega Homeboyz’s Eston Esiye are leading the FKF Premier League assists charts, each having contributed five assists in the 17 matches played in the campaign.

They are closely followed by eight players who have notched up four assists each.

Among the players with four assists are Gor Mahia’s Austin Odhiambo, Posta Rangers’ Brian Otieno and Caleb Olilo, as well as Nairobi City Stars’ duo Robinson Asenwa and Samuel Kapen.

Other players in this category include Kariobangi Sharks’ Fortune Omoto, Kakamega Homeboyz’s Kevin Amwayi, Ulinzi Stars’ Shannel Makwata, and Tusker’s Saphan Siwa.

Meanwhile, Gor Mahia’s goalkeeper Kevin Omondi remains the leader in the FKF Premier League golden glove race, having secured an impressive 11 clean sheets in the first leg matches.

Omondi’s stellar performance includes a remarkable seven consecutive clean sheets between October 7 and November 26, where he successfully denied opposition teams such as AFC Leopards, Tusker, Bidco United, Shabana, Kenya Police, Murang’a Seal, and Muhoroni Youth.

In the golden glove race, Brian Bwire closely follows with nine clean sheets, while three players, including John Njau of Posta Rangers, John Otieno of Bidco United, and Patrick Matasi of Posta Rangers, have achieved seven clean sheets each.

FKF PL clean sheets

Murang’a Seal’s Bonphas Munyasi boasts six clean sheets, and FC Talanta’s Isaiah Wakasala has accumulated five clean sheets.

Despite not finding the net in the last four matches, Gor Mahia’s Benson Omalla remains a strong contender for the Golden Boot, leading the goal-scoring charts in the FKF Premier League.

Omalla’s consistent performance keeps him in contention for the prestigious award, building on his previous season’s success where he finished second to Elvis Rupia.
