Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi yesterday commended the work of disciplined men and women for their tireless dedication to serve the country.

Mudavadi said the strides made by Kenya’s disciplined forces are worth tremendous recognition since many have sacrificed and worked hard towards cultivating a public service fit for service delivery.

“It is always a moment of joy and pride to Kenyans and to our nation when we see disciplined men and women marching high and taking an oath committing to serve the President and the nation in various capacities. I want to congratulate all the men and women who have been honoured after completing their training,” said Mudavadi.

He was speaking at the Kenya Prisons Staff Training College in Ruiru, Kiambu where he accompanied President William Ruto in presiding over the graduation of 222 prison cadet officers.

The officers have completed their 13 months training course in their fields of service.

He also acknowledged the contribution being made by the various disciplined forces in the peace keeping efforts in the region, saying this puts Kenya at an advantageous position on the global map as far as peace and stability is concerned.
