A politico who held a high-ranking position in Daniel arap Moi’s government seems to have fallen on hard times.

The man, who used to be chauffeured around in luxury cars and could change drivers at will, has now enlisted the services of his son to drive him around because he cannot afford to pay a driver.

The man has traded his fuel guzzler for one he can afford to fuel. How times change!
