CS Wandayi praises Ruto over decision to nominate Uhuru’s men for CS positions
Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary (CS) Opiyo Wandayi has praised President William Ruto over the recent nominations of former President Uhuru Kenyatta’s allies for CS positions.
