Saboti Member of Parliament Caleb Amisi has promised to champion a new approach to development that benefits all constituencies across Kenya, regardless of political affiliations.

In a post on his official X account on Thursday, November 6, 2025, Amisi criticised the uneven distribution of development resources and called for a more accountable system.

“Reasons why they have ignored our people in development. But we shall make our own government and we shall teach you how to do development across all constituencies in Kenya, irrespective of political affiliations,” Amisi said.

His comments reflect growing frustration among citizens over perceived inequality in access to basic infrastructure and public services.

Amisi highlighted disparities that exist even within the corridors of power. “By the way, how come Oscar Sudi’s constituency has problems with roads and yet he is the inner kitchen of government?” he questioned, drawing attention to regions that remain underserved despite their political connections.

He did not hold back in calling for a shift in how the country approaches governance and development. “Wakenya sio wajinga! Kenya needs a renaissance,” Amisi said, emphasising the need for citizens to be proactive in demanding fairness and accountability from those in leadership.

The MP’s statement signals a broader agenda to prioritise citizen-centric development and challenge entrenched political practices that favour certain regions or individuals.

He emphasised that establishing a new government founded on fairness and inclusive policies is essential to correcting years of historical neglect. Such a government, he noted, would ensure that all regions and communities receive equal attention and opportunities, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and meaningful progress across the entire nation.

Amisi’s message resonates with communities that have long felt sidelined and underserved. By advocating for inclusive development, he seeks to inspire citizens to expect and demand more from their leaders, promising reforms that ensure infrastructure, services, and opportunities reach every corner of the country.
