BrighterMonday, a job matching platform emerged the overall winner at the prestigious Kenya E-commerce Awards under the category of Best E-Recruitment Platform.


The firm was awarded for its innovative and industry-leading approach to online recruitment. Through its services like the recently introduced “Relevance Ranking” feature that uses an in-built matching score to rank applicants according to their relevance to the job description, the firm has used the tool to allow the recruiting party to view the best-qualified applicants right at the top of the list in a matter of seconds.

Kenya E-commerce Awards, is an annual event that honors outstanding firms within the digital commerce industry. BrighterMonday also emerged the Best Recruitment Firm at the Pacesetters Awards.

Recruitment portals, also known as job boards, are websites or software that can simplify the hiring process for human resources managers and recruiters.

These portals let recruiters post job advertisements with custom application questions and efficiently search for candidates and resumes.
