Harambee Starlets head coach, Beldine Odemba, has issued a rallying call to fans, urging them to turn out in large numbers for the upcoming match against Cameroon at Nyayo Stadium on Tuesday.

The match, scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m., presents an opportunity for Harambee Starlets to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg, which took place on Friday, September 22, 2023, in Douala.

Harambee Starlets motivation

Coach Odemba believes that having a strong fan presence at the stadium will provide vital support and motivation for the team.

In her message to the fans, she acknowledged that Tuesday might not be an ideal day for many due to work commitments but encouraged them to make the effort to attend the match.

“I would like to urge them to come in numbers. Starlets have been getting positive vibes from fans, we know they believe in us, and if they turn up in numbers, it will be a big boost. I know it’s not a good day, but if they can ask for permission from work and come to support us,” she emphasized.
