Football Kenya Federation Premier League side AFC Leopards have appealed to their fans to help them mobilize for financial resources.

AFC Leopards’ appeal has come just three matches into the new Premier League season. Ingwe want the assistance of their passionate fans in order to help them achieve their season’s obligations.

“The management is reaching out to our dedicated members for support in mobilizing financial resources.

“The club is committed to meeting its operational needs and ensuring its continued success on the field,” AFC Leopards said in a statement.

The local giants have also introduced a referral commission programme as part of their sustainability and transparency commitment.

“As part of our commitment to transparency and sustainability, the management has introduced a referral commission program for successful sponsor or grant references.

“This initiative aligns with the club’s financial policy. In accordance with management’s resolution and general industry practices,” the statement added.

AFC Leopards’ future

A joint effort between the club and its fans, Ingwe believe, will help the 1998 Premier League champions secure their future.

“The club deeply appreciates the unwavering support of its members and encourages everyone to play a vital role in securing the club’s future success.

“Together, we can achieve great heights and continue to represent the spirit of AFC Leopards on and off the pitch,” the statement concluded.

The AFC Leopards’ appeal comes after they declared support for the team’s technical bench, which has come under fire following a poor start to the new season.

With three matches played, Ingwe are yet to win or score a goal, leading to mounting pressure on head coach Tom Juma and his assistants.

Next, they will face Kenya Police, who have also had an unconvincing start in the new campaign.
