The Kenyan Volleyball Federation (KVF) has released the final list of candidates vying for various national positions on Saturday, August 19.

Following a preliminary announcement made on Saturday, August 12, 2023, the updated roster of contestants is now confirmed and set for the forthcoming elections.

KVF key leadership

The upcoming elections will see individuals competing for key leadership roles within the KVF. The candidates represent a diverse array of talents, experiences, and aspirations, each seeking to contribute to the growth and development of Kenyan volleyball.

Charles B.D Nyaberi and David Kilundo are set to face off in the president slot’s while Malkia Strikers coach Paul Bitok and Edward Kisaka will battle for the deputy slot.

Kenneth Tonui and John Gitari Munyi are set to square it out in the vice president role. The Vice President, Gender in Minority slot has attracted Hellen Mutare Gichuru and Mududa L. Waweru.

The Secretary role has Catherine Mabwi, Ismail Chege, Mangla Okanda and Thomas Moek contesting.

Five candidates Alfred Ruto Chedotum, Gideon Wasama Chenje, Agnes Masalange, Arthur Kimani and
Wilfred Munene Mutuma are interested in the Deputy Sports Organising Secretary slot while James Wachira Gatuiria, Philip Maiyo, Samuel Mugata, Dorcas Ndasaba and Neddy Kilimo are keen to be Committee Members
