Tusker FC unleash 5 new signings ahead of new season
In preparation for the new season, Tusker FC, have unveiled five players who will join their ranks ahead of the campaign, set to commence later this month.
Among the new signings is Joseph Mwangi, a former midfielder from Nzoia Sugar. Mwangi’s impressive performance last season, where he scored an impressive 14 goals, caught the attention of Tusker FC.

The midfielder was ranked fourth on the overall Premier League scorers list. Details regarding the players’ contract terms were not disclosed during the announcement.
“And the first new Brewers, help us welcome Joseph Mwangi, who joins the team from Nzoia Sugar,” reads Mwangi’s announcement.
Another valuable addition to the team is James Kibande, who comes from FKF Premier League side Kenya Police FC.
Central midfielder, John Byamukama, has also joined Tusker FC, hailing from Gaddafi FC. Byamukama boasts experience playing for Tooro FC and Express FC in Uganda.

Fabien Adikiny, a skilled midfielder from Muranga Seal, has also been welcomed to the Tusker FC family. Adikiny’s efforts helped his former team finish second in the recently concluded National Super League.
Tusker biggest
Notably, Tusker FC has promoted Edwin Simiyu from their Youth Team. Simiyu’s impressive performances caught the attention of the club’s management, and he has been described as their biggest signing for the season.
“And the biggest signing for Tusker FC, our very own Edwin Simiyu. The keeper has been promoted from our Youth Team, where he has diligently served for the last three seasons. Welcome to the big boys club Edu,” the club announced.
The club has secured an extension deal with Tanzanian player Ibrahim Joshua, who will remain at the club for another season.
Joshua joins Charles Momanyi and Deogratious Ojok in the list of players who have extended their contracts with Tusker FC.
As the club welcomes new talent, they also bid farewell to some experienced players. Kevin Monyi and Jackson Macharia, who has been integral to Tusker FC for seven seasons, have departed. The club also said goodbye to seasoned players Humphrey Mieno, Shami Mwinyi, and Tanzanian defender Kalos Kirenge.
