In steering the team toward success, Momanyi be supported by fellow defender Michael Kibwage and goalkeeper Brian Bwire.

Momanyi’s designation as captain follows his recent contract extension with the club. Joining Tusker FC from Gor Mahia in August 2021, Momanyi has etched his name in Kenyan football history, securing multiple league titles with both Gor Mahia and Tusker FC.

Tusker FC has further fortified its ranks by acquiring Joseph Mwangi, a former midfielder from Nzoia Sugar. Mwangi’s standout performance in the previous season, during which he impressively notched 14 goals, garnered the attention of Tusker FC.

The club’s transfer activity extends beyond Mwangi, as they have also welcomed James Kibande from Kenya Police, central midfielder John Byamukama from Gadaffi FC, and Fabien Adikiny from Muranga Seal.

Additionally, Edwin Simiyu has earned promotion from Tusker FC’s Youth Team, signaling a promising progression within the club’s ranks.
