Kariobangi Sharks defeated Kakamega Homeboyz 1-0, reaching 12 points with three wins and three draws in eight matches.
Four teams share 11 points: Bidco United, who recorded their fifth draw of the season against Gor Mahia, Talanta, who drew 1-1 with Kenya Police, marking their fourth unbeaten match, and Tusker FC, who returned to winning ways after a three-match winless streak. Muhoroni stand 14th with eight points, while AFC Leopards, who ended their difficult start to the season with a 1-0 victory over Nzoia Sugar, have moved to seven points, escaping the relegation zone.
Shabana also have seven points following their third loss of the season.
In the relegation zone, Nzoia Sugar have five points after suffering their fifth consecutive loss.
Sofapaka remain at the bottom of the table following their fourth loss of the season.
