The eighth week of the FKF Premier League campaign witnessed a total of 18 goals and seven clean sheets.

Posta Rangers secured a 2-0 victory over Bandari FC, marking their return to winning form.

This victory allowed them to maintain their top spot in the FKF Premier League, creating a three-point gap between them and defending champions Gor Mahia FC.

Posta Rangers now have 19 points from six wins in eight matches and are the leading scorers with 13 goals.

In this match, Rangers achieved their fifth clean sheet in eight matches and secured their third consecutive home win, during which they have scored seven goals while conceding just one.

Gor Mahia FC remained in second place after playing to a goalless draw against Bidco United at Kasarani Stadium. This was the first time this season that Gor Mahia failed to score in a league match. With this result, they now have 16 points.

KCB emerged as one of the standout teams during the weekend, claiming a convincing 4-1 victory over Nairobi City Stars. This victory propelled them to third place with 15 points, marking their fourth win of the season. They are the second-highest goal scorers in the league with 12 goals.

Muranga Seal continued their impressive start to the top tier by securing their second consecutive win of the season, moving their point tally to 14. They maintain the strongest defence in the league, having conceded only three goals in eight league matches.

Kariobangi Sharks defeated Kakamega Homeboyz 1-0, reaching 12 points with three wins and three draws in eight matches.

Four teams share 11 points: Bidco United, who recorded their fifth draw of the season against Gor Mahia, Talanta, who drew 1-1 with Kenya Police, marking their fourth unbeaten match, and Tusker FC, who returned to winning ways after a three-match winless streak. Kakamega Homeboyz also have 11 points.

Three teams have 10 points: Ulinzi Stars, who secured their third win of the season with a 4-0 victory over Shabana FC, as well as Kenya Police and Bandari.

Nairobi City Stars occupy the 13th position with nine points from eight matches, and they have conceded the most goals (14) after losing 4-1 to KCB.

FKF Premier League bottom

Muhoroni stand 14th with eight points, while AFC Leopards, who ended their difficult start to the season with a 1-0 victory over Nzoia Sugar, have moved to seven points, escaping the relegation zone.

Shabana also have seven points following their third loss of the season.

In the relegation zone, Nzoia Sugar have five points after suffering their fifth consecutive loss.

Sofapaka remain at the bottom of the table following their fourth loss of the season.
