Saturday action

Action gets underway on Saturday, January 24, 2026, with several mouth-watering encounters scheduled at different venues. At Green Stadium in Kericho, APS Bomet will face Shabana FC in a 2:00 pm kickoff, a clash expected to draw attention due to both sides’ push for crucial points. At the same time, Mara Sugar hosts Kenya Police FC at Green Stadium, Awendo, with both teams keen to assert dominance in the mid-table race.

The coastal side will be looking to make home advantage count against the Sharks’ youthful approach. In Nairobi, Posta Rangers face 2008 KPL winners Mathare United at the Kasarani Annex from 3:00 pm in a fixture that could prove decisive for teams battling consistency.

The highlight of Saturday comes later in the afternoon as Bidco United lock horns with record champions Gor Mahia at Kasarani Stadium from 4:00 pm. The encounter promises high intensity as Gor Mahia aim to maintain pressure at the top end of the table against a tricky side that stunned them 1-0 in their season opener in September 2025.
