Eric Ouma bagged an assist as his side AIK Football was held to a 1-1 draw by Degerfors in a Swedish Premier League match played on Sunday night at Friends Arena.

Ouma started in his usual left back position, while Collins Shichenje and Henry Meja were unused substitutes. Ouma set up Vincent Thill for the game’s first goal, which came after only 12 minutes of play.

The side held on onto the slim lead till the 53rd minute when their goal was cancelled by Rasmus Örqvist.

The two sides had to settle for a draw with the point leaving AIK fifth with 40 points. Ouma has bagged four assists this season in 22 appearances.

The former Gor Mahia fullback has clocked 1854 minutes and has netted two goals in this season’s campaign.

In Georgia, Amos Nondi clocked 90 minutes as Dila Gori whipped Samgurali 3-0 in the Georgian League. Gori and Samgurali are tied on 42 points with the former placed fifth on the standings after 27 rounds.

Nondi has made 25 appearance totaling to 2038 minutes in the league campaign.

Wanyama in Montreal’s win

Former Harambee Stars skipper Victor Wanyama also played 90 minutes in the Major League Soccer as Montreal Impact edged New England by a solitary goal.

The win saw Montreal move second on the Eastern Conference standings with 59 points.

Alwyn Tera was part of the Aratat Armenia’s 1-0 win over Lemayin Artsakh in the Armenia league. Aratat are now on a four match unbeaten run.
