Zambian president seeks expanded relations with Mozambique

LUSAKA,

  Zambian President Edgar Lungu on Wednesday said his government remains committed to maintaining warm and friendly relations with Mozambique.

   The Zambian leader, who is in Mozambique to attend the inauguration of that country’s President Filipe Nyusi, expressed confidence that the bilateral relations between the two countries will be expanded, according to a release from his office.

   The Zambian leader was invited to attend the inauguration ceremony by the government of Mozambique. (Xinhua)
