In the wake of corruption purge and high-prole arrests and arraignment, it is probably a tough time being a Kenyan politician. 

A renowned politician facing corruption charges is at his wits end and has been trying to seek the help of a leader of a top political party  to get the scandals off his back.

But the party leader won’t see him, and has ensured he is denied access to him.

The embattled politician recently camped outside the party leader’s office, but the latter instructed his aides to lie that he was not in the office.

The politician left but promised to return.
