Police probe murder of unknown woman
By Oliver Musembi, January 19, 2022Police are investigating the murder of an unknown woman whose body was found dumped on Thika Road near Ruiru with a chilling message scribbled on her thighs and other parts.
Juja Sub-County DCI officer Richard Mwaura said detectives are in the process of identifying the body as they embark on unravelling the motive of the murder.
A police report indicated that members of the public found the body in a briefcase, which had been dumped near the service lane on the perimeter wall of the Recce Company camp at Toll station area in Juja sub-county.
The body of the woman said to be in her early 20s had been stashed in a nylon sack and put in a black suitcase with hands tied at the back and both legs also tied with ropes.
