Namibia on Saturday cancelled independence celebrations slated for March 21 following a confirmation of COVID-19 cases in the country on Saturday. Namibian President Hage Geingob announced that the country has suspended in and outbound travel from Ethiopia, German and Qatar with immediate effect.
