Tharaka Nithi Governor Muthomi Njuki has been released on Sh6 million cash bail or a bond of Sh 10 million in Sh34 million tender saga.

The governor has also been barred from accessing his office together with nine other county officials.

His co-accused persons granted different cash bail terms ranging from Sh1 million to Sh5 million.

The governor and the accused were ordered to deposit their passports with the court.
