A man believed to be mentally ill has caused fear in Ngoingwa, Thika in Kiambu County after being spotted pelting stones at motorists randomly.

On Wednesday, the man was spotted at Mang’u road just beside the Thika-Nairobi highway.

According to an eyewitness, the man is seen wearing a dark trench coat whose pockets seem to be full of stones.

Motorists using Mang’u road in Ngoingwa are driving in fear because they don’t know what hour the man will strike.
