Employment and Labour Relations Court judge Maureen Onyango has suspended the decision by Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha to revoke the appointment of Prof Stephen Kiama as the University of Nairobi Vice Chancellor.

The judge also suspended the appointment of Prof Issac Mbeche as the university boss in an acting capacity.

The case will be heard on February 5.
