Likoni Ferry tragedy: Vehicle retrieved
By People Reporter, October 11, 2019The Kenya Navy and South African divers have managed to retrieve a vehicle that plunged into Indian Ocean at Likoni Ferry channel 13 days ago killing mother and daughter.
Mariam Kighenda and her daughter were aboard the ill-fated Toyota KCB 289C.
The vehicle, which sunk 58 meters into the ocean, was pulled out at 4:15pm Friday.
