Government services offered at Huduma Centres
Huduma Centres provide access to services offered by different government departments and agencies under one roof.

Members of the public can seek services relating to national identity documents, birth certificates, business registration, tax, social protection and other government functions, depending on the agencies available at each centre.
Huduma Kenya operates under the Ministry of Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes, which is headed by Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku.
The programme’s official platform identifies the ministry as its parent institution.
Huduma Kenya says the centres serve thousands of customers daily as the government seeks to make public services more accessible and reduce delays experienced by citizens.
