A former senior official  of a constitutional commission facing corruption charges has now turned to a controversial sect based in Nairobi’s Dandora estate to seek for divine intervention.

The man, whose name has almost become synonymous with corruption and abuse of office, has for various occasion been seen at the church where members are required to remove shoes before entering.

He hopes the prayers will make the corruption cases evaporate.
