An MP from Western Kenya  who is serving a second term is reportedly in a deep financial trouble.

The legislator, whose bank accounts were frozen as a result of an ongoing corruption case  he is facing  has been avoiding visiting his constituency.

Not only is the broke legislator a rare face in the constituency, many of  his friends are avoiding him like plague.
