Starehe MP Mwago calls on Ruto to prioritise people over personal gains

In a statement posted on his official X account on Friday, November 14, 2025, Mwago emphasised the qualities he believes should define Kenya’s leadership. “Dear William Ruto, Better leadership is built on integrity, vision, and the courage to put people before personal gain. It means listening to citizens, making transparent decisions, and taking responsibility when things go wrong,” the MP said.
