Nominated MP David Sankok is finally back on the campaign trail after taking a break following the tragic death of his son.
Sankok was spotted earlier today in the company of the Kenya Kwanza team during the launch of John Ololtuaa’s parliamentary bid at Enoosaen in Kilgoris, Narok County.
Also present were ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetang’ula, Samuel Ole Tunai, Patrick Ole Ntutu, Soipan Tuya, Gabriel Tongoyo, Rebecca Tonkei, David Sankok, Ndindi Nyoro, Charles Njagua, among others.
Sankok’s son Hillary Memusi was laid to rest in Ewaso Ng’iro, Narok South on Saturday, May, 14.
Memusi who died of suicide was a student at Kericho High school at the time of his death.
Multiple autopsies conducted on his body revealed that the teenager died of a single bullet through his chin and exited at the top of his head.
Reports indicate the 15-year-old boy allegedly shot himself after a confrontation with his father over his academic performance.
