Gor Mahia, the reigning FKF Premier League champions, are gearing up for their upcoming match this weekend in pursuit of their 13th win of the season.

Facing Nairobi City Stars in a 4:00 p.m. clash at Machakos Stadium, Gor Mahia aim to break a two-match winless streak.

Meanwhile, City Stars seek to narrow the point gap between them and Gor Mahia to just four points.

Gor Mahia hold dominance in their encounters, having won 14 out of the last 22 matches against City Stars. They’ve suffered only two losses, with six matches ending in draws.

In another 4:00 p.m. fixture, Kenya Police will take on Shabana FC at Police Sacco Stadium, which will also host the early match between Posta Rangers and Ulinzi Stars.

Bidco United are set to face Murang’a Seal at St Sebastian Park in Murang’a, with kickoff at 3:00 p.m. Relegation-threatened Nzoia Sugar will host Bandari FC at Sudi Stadium in Bungoma County.

On Sunday, Sofapaka FC will kick off early against Muhoroni Youth at Machakos Stadium. Later at the same venue, Tusker FC will clash with KCB.

Gor Mahia rivals in Kakamega

At 3:00 p.m., Kariobangi Sharks will go head-to-head with FC Talanta at Police Sacco, while Kakamega Homeboyz will welcome AFC Leopards at Bukhungu Stadium.

AFC Leopards, having won the first leg, aim to complete a double in the Ingo Derby. They’re on a seven-match unbeaten streak, including six wins and a draw.

Meanwhile, Kakamega Homeboyz has won just one match since their December loss to Leopards.

In their last 19 meetings, both teams have secured seven wins each, with five matches ending in draws.
