Pools for KSSSA National Football games unveiled ahead of Tuesday kick-off
The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Football Games will kick off on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in Kakamega County this week.
The tournament organizers have unveiled pools for both the boys’ and girls’ competitions, setting the stage for a fierce battle among the top school teams.
KSSSA National Football boys pools
In the Boys’ category, Pool A features a lineup of formidable champions: Khorof Harar, the North Eastern Champions; Agoro Sare, the reigning Nyanza Champions; Western Region titleholders, Shanderema; and the Centra Champions, Kirangari.
Pool B, equally competitive, showcases the prowess of teams such as St. Anthony Kitale, who secured the Rift Valley Champions title; Nairobi’s standout squad, Dagoretti; Eastern’s representatives, Matiliku; and Coast Champions, Serani.
KSSSA Girls Pools
The Girls’ division promises no less excitement. Pool A presents a challenge from the Western Champions, Butere Girls, who will face off against the Central Champions, Njabini, and Nairobi’s formidable representatives, Dagoretti Mixed. Adding to the mix are Coast Champions, Kombani.
In Pool B of the Girls’ category, the action remains intense with the Western Region Runners-Up, Madira, determined to make their mark.
Nyanza Champions, Lwak Girls, bring their winning spirit to the field, accompanied by Eastern’s contenders, Girls Mbitini, and Rift Valley Champions, Wiyeta Girls.
