NSL: Vihiga Bullets whip Mulembe United, Mathare drop points

Vihiga Bullets secured a resounding 4-1 victory against Mulembe United FC in a league match played on Saturday.

The win earned them three valuable points that propelled them to the 14th position with 14 points from as many matches.

This win enabled Vihiga Bullets to move above Mulembe United, who currently have 13 points.

Another Saturday fixture witnessed Naivas extending their lead at the top of the standings with a 1-0 victory over Mombasa Elite FC.

Naivas now boast 32 points from 14 matches, with 10 wins, two draws, and a single loss.

Mathare United, holding the second spot, dropped points days after suffering their second loss of the season. They were held to a 2-2 draw by Kibera Blacks, maintaining 30 points from nine wins and three draws.

Dimba Patriots secured a 2-1 victory over Kajiado, while Mara Sugar claimed a 2-0 win against Nairobi United.

Kisumu All Stars achieved a 2-0 victory over Darajani Gogo, elevating them to the fourth position, tied on points with Mara Sugar FC.
