The crucial goal that earned Muhoroni maximum points came in the 40th minute when Collins Neto confidently converted a penalty awarded to them.

Muhoroni Youth successfully maintained their lead to secure the victory, climbing to eighth place in the league standings with six points from five matches.

On the other hand, Ulinzi Stars found themselves in the 16th position with just three points.

The football action will continue with four matches scheduled for Saturday. Nairobi City Stars will face off against Sofapaka at Kasarani Annex. Nairobi City Stars, in 15th place, aim to secure their second win of the season.

Nzoia Sugar host Premier League debutants Murang’a Seal in another fixture. Murang’a Seal, who initially led the table after the first two games, have dropped to eighth place after failing to secure maximum points in recent matches. Nzoia Sugar, in ninth place, also seek their second win of the season.
