Michael Olunga leaves AL Duhail SC

Harambee Stars striker Michael Olunga has left Qatari side Al Duhail SC.
The Harambee Stars captain confirmed the news on Thursday, May 29, 2025, and that means his four-year stay with the club has come to an end.
“Veni, Vidi, Vici. Thank you for everything, Al Duhail, leaving as all-time goal scorer, 130 goals and memories. Thank you for the trust,” Olunga said in a post on X.
The former Gor Mahia striker is leaving as Al Duhail SC’s top scorer, as he has scored 130 goals across all competitions.

“The management of Al-Duhail Sports Club extends its gratitude and appreciation to Kenyan striker Michael Olunga, the club’s historical goal scorer, for his outstanding contribution and exceptional performance during his career with the first team.
“Olunga has been an example of professionalism and discipline on and off the pitch; he has contributed significantly to the club’s many achievements and championships and has also left a clear mark on the club’s history through his decisive goals and contributions.
