Kabras in 3 National 7s Circuit finals
This achievement comes on the back of their previous cup final appearance in Kisumu and subsequent triumph in Mombasa.
Kabras wasted no time asserting their authority, with Jone Kubu’s interception of Dave Mwaura’s pass leading to a swift try by Bryceson Adaka. Kabras maintained a 5-0 advantage at halftime.
In the second half, Kubu once again proved his mettle, slicing through Kenya Harlequin’s defense to notch another try, bolstering Kabras’ lead to a comfortable 10-0.
Despite relentless pressure from Kenya Harlequin, Kabras’ resolute defense held firm. A late resurgence by Kenya Harlequin saw Lucky Dewald, subbed in for the injured Mokoro, secure a try to narrow the margin to 10-5.
Yet, Kabras held their ground and secured their second victory in three cup final appearances this season.
