Igathe promises Leopards  title deed for Kasarani land

 The Nairobi candidate for governorship on on the ticket of Azimio-One Kenya Polycarp Igathe has committed to ensuring the expedition of the acquisition of a title deed for a land belonging to AFC Leopards Soccer Club in Kasarani area that was donated by the late President Daniel arap Moi in 1992. 

Leopards and sworn rivals Gor Mahia benefited from Moi’s philanthropy then by being apportioned different tracts of land to construct their own stadia owing to their sterling performance during his reign.  

However, three decades later, neither Ingwe nor K’ogalo have developed the plots that are adjacent to the country’s premier facility, the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.
