Gor Mahia names full squad for 2025/2026 season
Record Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia Football Club has unveiled its squad to do duty in the 2025/2026 football calendar in the country.
The announcement was made on Friday, September 19, 2025.
New signings will get a chance to show their prowess as the season kicks off under the new coaching staff.

Meanwhile, the club has also sent an appeal to the club’s faithful to exercise restraint and good behaviour as the 2025/26 season gets underway. The team will play Bidco United on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
In a statement dated Friday, September 19, 2025, Gor’s Secretary General Nick Arum rallied the fans to continue their show of support.

“We are thrilled to welcome you all to the 2025/26 Football season! Our campaign begins this Sunday, September 21st. We call on the entire Green Army to be the “12th player,” they are, pack the stadium and to create the right atmosphere all through the season as we aim to make a statement in the competition.
Call for decorum
“We urge fans to maintain peace and exemplify the highest standards of good behaviour as one of our main goals this season is to win the league, secure a continental spot and rebuild with youth we have players who are committed to the cause, a number were released, some move to greener pastures but we have a solid team which include new additions,” Arum implored.
At the same time, captain Phiemon Otieno also affirmed that the record Kenyan Premier League champions are ready for the new top-tier league campaign after going trophyless in the 2024/2025 season. Speaking on Friday, September 19, 2025, Otieno said that K’Ogalo have had a good preseason and the squad is looking forward to a good start to the upcoming campaign.
”We are in the last stages of preparation before the season starts, so far so good, the team is in good shape, and we are ready to start on a high and compete all through,” Otieno said via Gor Mahia’s X account.
