Former National Super League team Kakamega High School also known as Green Commandos are in a strong position to make it back to the second-tier league after signing former Kenya International Ramadhan Balala as the head coach.

Speaking in Kakamega, Green Commandos chairman Isaac Kwoba lauded Balala for uplifting the level of football at the club.

“We are right back on the course to claim our NSL spot back.  We will support the technical bench and the team so that we can attain our goal. Balala is doing a commendable job and we believe he has the best philosophy for the club that will steer us back to the top-level,” Kwoba said.

“We want to take each match at a time and am urging the players to remain focused. We can only achieve our goal through hard work and team spirit,” noted Kwoba.
