Bandari FC cruised past a hapless Kariobangi Sharks with a comfortable 2-0 win during their Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League match played yesterday at the Moi International Sports Centre Annex, Kasarani.

Bandari’s Hassan Abdalla broke the deadlock in the 34th minute after collecting a loose ball in the midfield before driving it forward using the left wing before firing past the reach of John Otieno of Sharks.

Despite all efforts by the Sharks to level the playing field, they found Bandari’s backline a tough nut to crack.

Sharks were on the receiving end again after William Wadri teed up Brian Odera on the right-wing before scoring a second goal of the visitors to mark the end of the first stanza.

Upon resumption, Bandari brought in Mohammed Abied and Atariza Amai in place of Andrew Juma and Siraj Mohammed hoping to keep the young Kariobangi Sharks strikers away which worked well.
