AFC Leopards defender Brian Ojok has penned a farewell to his former club, Soy United, ahead of starting his new chapter with the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League mainstay AFC Leopards.

Ojok, also known as Zouma, is among the host of new stars the club will unveil ahead of the new season set to start in mid-September.

He took to his Facebook page this Saturday, September 6, 2025, to express his gratitude to the Eldoret-based club’s fraternity for the immense support he received during his time at the club.

“My time at Soy United has been nothing short of special. From the first day I joined, I was welcomed as family, and together we have shared unforgettable memories full of success both on and off the pitch.

Wearing the Blue Eagles badge has been an honour. The support from my teammates, coaches, management, and most importantly, the fans has pushed me to grow as a player and as a person.

Ahead of a novel challenge at the den, Ojok has to transfer the valuable lessons he picked up along the way to the Kenyan Premier League.

“As I now take the next step in my career, I carry with me the lessons, friendships, and pride of being part of this great club. Soy United will always remain a big part of my journey,” he stated.
