The family of former Kanu-era politician the late Mark Too is also in a similar predicament over property inheritance.

He died without writing a will leaving his two widows Sophie and Mary Too and children including those he sired out of wedlock scrambling for the multi-billion shillings estate he left behind.

The four children born out of wedlock want the administrators of the Sh7 billion estate to include them as beneficiaries.

They are Ali Too, Chepkoech Too, Arafat Bakari Too and Sammy Mulili (deceased).

But Sophie who is one of the administrators of her late husband’s estate says that they were unable to distribute the property among the beneficial due to the Sirikwa squatter case that was before the Supreme Court.

She states that before his demise, the late Mark Too had not officially recognized Ali as one of his children born out of wedlock as he claims.

“Ali is an adult and he should know that he is expected to work hard to make his wealth and stop relying on me,” stated Sophie.
