Police in Nakuru have arrested ten boys from Anestar Bahati Boys who broke into Anestar Precious Girls school at night.

The boys who are KCSE candidates sneaked out of their school and broke into the nearby girls school where they entered a girls dormitory.

The girls, however, raised an alarm prompting a police response, said the Directorate of Criminal Investigations(DCI).

According to the DCI, officers from Githioro Police Station rushed to the girls school but the “defiant boys kept hovering around the dormitory”.

Police had to fire in the air to scare away the boys away.

Police arrested ten of the boys while several others managed to escape. The arrested boys were taken into custody at Dundori Patrol Base.
