Ruto receives progress update from 10-Point Agenda and NADCO committees
By Cy Muganda, January 21, 2026President William Ruto has received a briefing and progress update from the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten-Point Agenda and the National Dialogue Committee Report (NADCO) at State House, Nairobi.
In a statement posted on his X account on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, following a meeting at State House, Nairobi, the head of state reaffirmed government support for reforms aimed at strengthening democracy and restoring trust in public institutions.
“Received a briefing and progress update from the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten Point Agenda and NADCO at State House, Nairobi,” Ruto stated.
Govt commitment
The President emphasised his administration’s commitment to ensuring the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten-Point Agenda (COIN-10) and the National Dialogue Committee Report fully delivers on its mandate.
“We are supporting the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten-Point Agenda and the National Dialogue Committee Report (COIN-10) to fully deliver on its mandate,” he said.

Inclusive dialogue
According to Ruto, the implementation process is aimed at uniting Kenyans through inclusive national dialogue while restoring trust in public institutions by promoting transparency and accountability.
“This process is designed to unite Kenyans through inclusive national dialogue and restore trust in public institutions by fostering transparency and accountability,” he explained.
He stated that the initiatives will translate consensus into practical reforms that strengthen democracy, improve daily life, and create opportunities for all.
